All kind of visitors can be managed through this module. A database of visitors can be created with
contact details and visitor’s photo and purpose details.
For all existing visitors, the system will pull record by entering the mobile number.

The security section of the software is used to distribute administrative access, authorization, and
privileges to the respective users. This can be managed by us or the school can choose to appoint
someone to authorize access.
This section of the ERP keeps track and accounting of consumable/durable items. Logbook can
be created for each segment to track purchase date, service due-date, renewal date, sales book,
etcetera.
This module is used to maintain materials, opening stock, recording purchases, stock maintenance,
stock statement, sales records. Taxation can be applied from TaxMaster & this segment is integrated
to reflect transactions in the Accounts segment.
Using our inventory module, you can structure Groups, Items, Sub-Goups, Goods, Billing and an
array of reports on your dashboard. Vendor management is also included in our ERP system.
The library management system in is software that is designed to manage all the functions of a
library. It helps librarian to maintain the database of new books and the books that are borrowed
along with their due dates. Our system is equipped to scan barcodes, smartcards, biometric and
tag it to student’s ID. Our system can alert for over-limit access request & add penalty for any
damages that need to be charged.
This module is designed for the Principal/Head Master where he/she can monitor all activities from
each user listed under the school ID. We can provide utility reports through intelligent dashboards
and dedicated reports that can assist in more precise decision making. This portal includes access
to Admission, Fee-Collection/Due, Transport, Accounts & Salary(Payroll), Asset & Inventory among
the most important review categories.
The teacher’s access allows allocation of classes, lesson-planner, homework distribution,
attendance tracker, student profile, raise internal queries, communication to parents, conducting
online exams, scheduling video-classes, examination marks/score, question papers setup, and
several other tasks.
Through this login function, student/parent can review performance, activity, academic/syllabus
progress, homework, exam schedule, report-card, photo gallery, fee payment and other relevant
insights that will help guide and monitor their kid’s career path.
Online FEE payment has never been easier. AMARTRACK services offer integration of payment
systems through UPI QR-code, POS machine, Website API, Debit-Card, Credit Card and Wallet
mode of transactions.
A fully functional payroll management system, complied to the norms of 7th pay commission, is
integrated into the ERP system. Calculation, computation, allowances, advances, deduction, and
other attributes are configurable as per institutional statutory norms.
Additionally our ERP system is capable to record employee enrolment(teaching/non-teaching/sub
staff), track their attendance, leave management, calculation of salary payable can be automated or
manually approved. Investment Declaration, Form 16, Tax computation as per slabs & regime, can
be conducted.
Management can avail reports on salary bill, additional overhead expenses, departmental
expenditure and budgeting, PF, Salary Slip, appraisal letters and other necessary functions.
This application module provides most flexible fee collection required by any institution. Fee
structure is laid out by the institution authority as per class, stream, additional charges and payment
is collected as per schedule. This directly reflects on the dashboard.
Our module automatically calculates, pending fee, previous dues(if any), concession (if any).
In-addition to the above services, USER is allowed to pay monthly, quarterly, annually, ECS-mode,
Cheque payment update, bounce charges can be applied to the account as well. This section is
integrated with the Accounts division and is updated real-time.
It is upto the school’s decision to organise attendance tracking system. Teacher can call out names
and update the ERP, RFID card attendance marking, Biometric attendance tracking, are easily
sourced to update on our ERP system. Parents would receive notification on their APP immediately.
Our examination module is robust to deploy the latest teaching methodologies. This portal can
customised, in several formats depending on the classes/streams for regular/practical/optional
subjects.
Class Teacher or Admin can add the marks manually for each student as approved by the school
management. Only Principal can rectify the marks if need be.
This module can generate real-time performance reports of students, teachers, class, subject-wise,
stream-wise, primary, secondary, sr. secondary and other format of analysis and reporting.
Administrator/ Academic Head/Principal can create time-table for each and every class/
section wise for the ongoing academic session. Substitution can be made on a real-time
basis, as need be. Detailed report can be generated and printed by Principal, Teachers as per

weekly, monthly/session basis by the Head of Institution only.

The function of this module is critical to monitor/track the learner’s whereabout, while in transit to/
from school. This includes school bus detail, driver & conducting staff’s contact details, fare tariff,
routes, pick-up/drop points, on-boarding de-boarding notification. This segment is integrated with
fee management and accounts department to ensure one-stop payment and hassle-free update
for parents and management.
In this segment, we have facilities to night attendance, warden remarks, communication to parents,
canteen menu calendar, unscheduled accommodation, warden roster & allocation, in/out gatepass, hostel deposit/fee collection register and ad-hoc charges.
Through this segment, the academic institution can pre-schedule video classes through preset links through the ERP only. For re-referencing and revision of classes, teachers can upload
recorded classes, external tutorials and other educational videos for student’s ease of learning.
Video, Images, Charts, Graphs, demonstration of science experiments, mathematical expressions
can be uploaded in easy digital formats.
Parents can now keep a real-time track of their children, pay fees, get notification/alerts, reminders
by accessing through the application on both Android & iOS.
The School can conduct Online examination of the students in either Objective or Subjective mode.
Create/Set exam wise question papers for the students. At the time of creating the question paper,
the school can set weightage to the questions. In case of subjective question paper school can add
pictures, mathematical or science formulas in the question as per the requirement.
Students can answer by typing the answer in ERP itself, uploading images/scanned copy of the
answer sheets.
Teachers can review the papers on the portal and mark the scoring on the module itself. Thus
